This problem can usually be solved. But the first question is WHY did they do so? On the letter they sent, it should have a REASON. Such as, alleged felony conviction, or mental health issue, or the order of protection (the most common I have seen).
THE INFAMOUS ORDER OF PROTECTION. IT ACTUALLY "PROTECTS" NOBODY, AS A DETERMINED ATTACKER IGNORES IT, AND THOSE THAT COMPLY, ARE PROBABLY NOT ACTUALLY DANGEROUS ANYWAY. iT'S LIKE A PADLOCK ON A SHED, A THIEF WILL CUT IT OFF, AN HONEST PERSON WOULD NOT BREAK IN ANYWAY. IN ANY EVENT, OFTEN TIME THE FIRST INDICATION THAT SOMEONE HAS GOTTEN AN ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINST YOU, IS THE LETER FROM ISP THAT YOU LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED OR REVOKED.
